Property required major repairs in conjunction with conversion works to suit clients needs. Conversion works included converted property to provide twelve units consisting of nine 1 bedroom self contained bedsits and one 3 bedroom cluster unit with communal facilities.
Initially only essential works were carried out to the premises, to include a light refurbishment to allow for the location of our Bromley Office facility.
Adaptians to existing main building included the forming of a residents computer room and two offices.
