This is the Bromley office of Kellys. It was acquired for the Practice in 1995 and required substantial refurbishment works.
Initially only essential works were carried out to the premises, to include a light refurbishment to allow for the location of our Bromley Office facility.

Description: In 1999 major refurbishment works were carried out to include the complete rebuilding of the front elevation wall/ facade to include the gable and its complete redesign to fit in with the local property scene. In addition, major works included the replacement of all remaining external windows incorporating electronic roof windows, all roof coverings, external doors, upgrading for thermal insulation, provision of new services and complete redecoration both internally and externally.
